                                                                          Welcome to King Lewey’s Island Resort

Our 1 acre Pirate themed island offers panoramic views of crystal clear Caribbean Sea unmatched by any other beach in the area. We have quickly become a destination within the Placencia and Hopkins area.

Explore our selection of accommodations, including four overwater cabanas and a three-bedroom family suite. Designed to capture the essence of island living, each option offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Wake up to breathtaking views, unwind on private decks, and become one with nature.

 The rate of our Cabanas covers accommodations for two individuals sharing a cabana. Our cabanas are designed to accommodate up to 4 individuals, and any guests beyond the initial 2 will incur an additional charge of US$60.00 per person per night​

  • Furthermore, there is an applicable transportation surcharge of US$250.00 for single-night stays. However, this surcharge is waived for stays of 2 nights or more.​

  • Please note that any extra charges per person and the transportation surcharge are also subject to taxes and service charges. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further clarification.​

​CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.

  • Full payment is required 60 days (2 months) before the reservation date.

  • If booking within 60 days (2 months) of the date, full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellations, preferably via email, are necessary.

  • Over 90 days (3 months) before the date: Full refund less 10% administrative fee.

  • 90-60 days (3 to 2 months) before the date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 60 days (2 months) before the date: No refund, possible case-by-case credits.

  • No refunds during Holiday Season (12/01 to 01/31).

  • No refund for a no-show.

Rescheduling due to Weather

  • Unsafe conditions due to weather will result in rescheduled boat transfers.

  • Scheduling conflicts: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

Damage Policy

  • Customers are responsible for damages due to negligence/accidents.

  • Cost: Retail + shipping + customs + installation.​

​

 Acknowledgment

  • Booking confirms understanding and agreement to the resort's policies.
