Getting Here
Your island escape begins in Placencia, Belize. A scenic 40-minute boat ride takes you 12 miles offshore to King Lewey’s Island Resort—where overwater cabanas, clear Caribbean water and island adventures await. Round-trip boat transfers are FREE for overnight guests.
Most guests fly into the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport BZE airport in Belize City, then from the same airport take a short and scenic 30 minute Maya Air or Tropic Air flight to Placencia.
You can also take a ground transfer from BZE to Placencia (2.5 hour drive). Contact our reservations team for questions or help arranging transport from BZE to Placencia.
From Placencia our boat and captain will transport you to King Leweys Island Resort (40 minute boatride).
