The rate of our Cabanas covers accommodations for two individuals sharing a cabana. Our cabanas are designed to accommodate up to 4 individuals, any guests beyond the initial 2 will incur an additional charge of US$75.00 per person per night

There is an applicable boat transfer fee of US$250.00 for single-night stays. However, this surcharge is waived for stays of 2 nights or more.

Please note that any extra charges per person and the transportation surcharge are also subject to taxes and service charges.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Reservation/Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.

Full payment is required 60 days (2 months) before the reservation date.

If booking within 60 days (2 months) of the date, full payment is due at booking.
Cancellation Policy

Written emailed cancellations are necessary.

Over 60 days (3 months) before the date: Full refund less 15% administrative fee.

Less than 60 days (2 months) before the date: No refund, possible case-by-case credits.

No refunds during Holiday Season (12/01 to 01/31).

No refund for a no-show.
Rescheduling due to Weather

Unsafe conditions due to weather will result in rescheduled boat transfers.

Scheduling conflicts: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee.
Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for damages due to negligence/accidents.

Cost: Retail + shipping + customs + installation.
