Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Upon confirmation of reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold reservation. Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Full payment is due 60 days (or 2 months) prior to the reservation date.

If reservation is made within 60 days (or 2 months) of reservation date, full payment is due at time of reservation.

Payments can be made through direct online bookings via PayPal or Stripe, or directly with reservations using a credit card authorization form
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival: A full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee, will be issued.

Cancellations made 60-90 days before arrival: A 50% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival: No refunds will be given. However, we may offer account credits on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations during the holiday season (December 1st - January 31st).

Weather-Related Cancellations:

In case of unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule your boat transfer. If necessary, a full refund (minus a 15% administrative fee) will be issued.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort's facilities or equipment due to negligence or accidents. Repair or replacement costs, including shipping and duties, will be charged to the guest.
