  Reservation/Cancellation Policy

  • Upon confirmation of reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold reservation.

  • Full payment is due 60 days (or 2 months) prior to the reservation date.

  • If reservation is made within 60 days (or 2 months) of reservation date, full payment is due at time of reservation.

  • Payments

  • Can be made via/ Check, Credit Card, Direct Deposits and Wire Transfers to King Lewey’s Island Resort.

       Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email preferably).

  • A full refund (less a 10% administrative fee) of the full reservation amount will be given if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days (or 3 months) prior to reservation date.

  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days (or 3 months) but more than 60 days (or 2 months) prior to reservation date, 50% refund will be given.

  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days (or 2 months) prior to reservation date, NO REFUND will be given; however, credits may be held on account on a case to case basis.

  • No refunds will be given in Holiday Season (12/01 to 01/31).

  • No Refund for NO SHOW

  • For days when King Lewey’s Island Resort deems small craft conditions unsafe due to weather, boat transfers will be rescheduled to a next available date.

  • If there are any scheduling conflicts a full refund (less a 10% administrative fee) of the full reservation amount will be given. • This policy is indisputable regardless of the reason for the cancellation. King Lewey’s Island Resort strongly suggests buying adequate travel insurance. Clients should make sure this insurance covers delayed/cancelled travel services, weather, health, family and personal related cancellations.

Damage Policy

  • Customer agrees to pay for any and all damages in the event of negligence and/or accidents to the resort facilities or equipment by the customer and/or his travel companions.

  • The cost will be billed at retail value + shipping expenses + customs duties + installation expenses
